Baked Roshogolla By Sneha Singhi

  • 8 Rosogullas
  • 500ml Milk
  • 400g Condensed Milk
  • 1tbsp Milk Powder
  • 1tsp Elaichi Powder


Squeeze out the extra syrup from the roshogolla and keep them aside.

Heat together Milk, condensed milk and milk powder, cook this on medium high heat for 20-22mins. 

Half way through add in the elaichi powder and continue cooking. 

Add in the roshogolla and gently mix it. 

Transfer all of it into your Freshwrap container and bake at 180*C for 10 mins. 

Serve it hot or cold.
