Chocolate and Nuts Fudge Barfi By Deeba Rajpal

  • 200g white chocolate, melted, warm
  • 150g condensed milk, warm
  • 2 tbsp melted ghee, warm
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Sprinkle over slivered pistachios and rose petals


First, line a 6" X 6" pan with foil, leaving an overhang to make it easy to take out.

Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until smooth

Pour the mixture into the foil lined pan immediately. Use an offset spatula or butter knife to make it uniform.

Garnish with slivered pistachios and rose petals, saffron optional.

Leave to set in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours/overnight

Cut into squares using a heavy sharp knife. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
